Intensity and Structural Function: Storms arrive in emotional, relational, psychological, and spiritual forms, varying widely in intensity while their core structural purpose remains unchanged. Massive storms can dismantle entire architectures, producing multiple initiations and driving the seeker into the scorched earth of the crater. Lesser storms test boundaries, patience, compassion, or resilience to reveal what can be tolerated and what must be released. When a storm reaches full intensity it can drive the individual into the perceptual void of the Empty Mirror, where the machinery of illusion cannot run and the unperformed self is exposed.
